One of a kind, Scientific Self Defence program for women happening in Kolkata. Specialized and Customized Women Self Defence Program based on our #fightback training module. Workshop includes theory, practical training and demonstration . Open for all participants and open to all age groups. Will be held in various locations simultaneously Training Program will include Basic Martial Arts Training, Legal Empowerment, Threat Analysis Training, Confidence Building Measures and Situation Based Self Preservation Training.
